   We all are aware of mental health now a days. In this world full of tensions, problems, pandemics, stress, depression, abuse, violence, anxiety, ADHD, grief, OCD, and anorexia , it is hard for every person to behave normal and cope with normal routines. But what we are always expected is to remain silent and tolerate everything, truly telling, it is not a healthy trend to tolerate all this and let ourselves to fall in mental illness day by day .

What is Mental Health?     


 First thing we all need is not to keep silent if at any stage we think we are falling in any of such illness, Yes go and talk with someone who can help out to control, to understand this illness. All we need is we should be strong, we should know that we are having some issues,. Though we are working normal in our daily life routine but in some corner of our mind we are fighting with our inner, inside some where, we are not OK, and this is what we have to recognize. Mental health needs a great deal of attention.

How can we Keep Healthy our Mental health


  • Talk about yourself and your feelings
  • Talk to the friends and family members with whom  you feel comfortable
  • Take a break
  • Ignore Toxic people
  • Eat Good food
  • Accept who you are and what you feel
  • Do something you are good at
  • Ask for Help
  • Sleep well in time
  • Keep active
  • Care for those who care for you
It’s important to take care of yourself and get the most from life.
Your brain needs a mix of nutrients in order to stay healthy and function well, just like the other organs in your body. A diet that’s good for your physical health is also good for your mental health. 
 With increased mental health awareness comes more support and care for those that need it.



Give your mind rest and let the things go. speak about issues, Put only this much pressure on your mind which it can tolerate , all these can make your Mental Health more healthy and Active. a body only can work if our Mental Health is Good.
